What Flata is

Flata is a guided daily routine: a short sequence of breathing, deep-core movement and self-massage, with a place to record measurements and photographs so you can see change over months.

What it is not

It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment, and it does not replace a doctor, a physiotherapist or a midwife. If you are pregnant, recently gave birth, have a hernia, or are being treated for anything abdominal, ask them before starting. The app asks you about this before your first session for the same reason.

Stop if a movement hurts. Nothing here should hurt.

Results

Bodies differ, and so does what any routine does to them. Flata makes no promise about a number of centimetres or a length of time. The progress screen shows what you measured. It is a record, not a forecast.

Subscription

Flata is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. It renews unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and it is managed and cancelled in your Apple account settings, not by us. Any free trial period not used is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Your content

Your photographs and measurements are yours. We claim no rights over them, and as the privacy page explains, we never receive them.

Liability

Flata is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury or loss arising from use of the app. That is the ordinary term, and also why the section above asks you to stop if something hurts.
